이 워크숍에서는 AWS와 Datadog이 함께 만든 AI 기반 장애 대응 자동화 파이프라인을 직접 구축합니다. AWS DevOps Agent가 Datadog 모니터와 연동하여 장애를 감지하는 순간 자동으로 근본 원인을 분석하고, 검증된 복구 조치까지 제안하는 과정을 실습합니다.

실제 마이크로서비스 환경에서 현실적인 장애 시나리오를 주입하고, 감지부터 분석, 복구, 재발 방지까지 전 과정을 체험합니다. 사람의 승인 하에 자동화가 작동하므로, 속도와 안전성을 동시에 확보할 수 있습니다.

Who Should Attend?

PCAD is open to partner organizations who have completed their Partner Central 3.0 migration. This is a mandatory pre-requisite, as Agent capabilities are only accessible after migration. If your organization hasn't migrated yet, please complete migration before registering. To ensure your organization can capitalize on this event and achieves same-day implementation, please ensure the following individuals from your organization attend: 

[Required] Business Persona with Partner Central Administrator access (e.g. Alliance Lead)— This individual will configure workflow automation and activate agentic integrations within your workflows. 

[Required] Technical Persona with access to manage and deploy in your Partner Central Sandbox environment and your AWS Account — This individual will work directly with AWS engineers to complete agent deployment and validate data flows in real time. 

[Optional] Technical Persona(s) with access to manage in-house tools – If you want to integrate internal tools (e.g. CRM, Slack, Marketo etc) with Partner Central agents and tools, this individual will work with our AWS team to configure and deploy these integrations.
